Roof Leak
Repairs

A leak does not always mean a new roof. We find the real source, fix it properly, and tell you honestly whether a repair will hold or a re-roof is the smarter call.

Where leaks start

We find the real source

  • Failed or lifted flashings
  • Rusted or backed-out fasteners
  • Cracked and split sheets
  • Blocked valleys and gutters
  • Worn penetration seals
  • Storm and impact damage
Our fix

We fix it, and only what needs it

  • Full leak diagnosis and moisture check
  • Flashing, fastener and penetration repairs
  • Ridge and valley resealing
  • Honest repair-versus-replace advice
  • Cracked or lifted sheet replacement

Bigger job than a repair? We will tell you straight up and price a re-roof instead.

Leak repair questions

How quickly can you look at my leak?

We aim to be on site within 48 hours at the latest, and often sooner when water is actively coming in.

Will I need a whole new roof?

Usually not. Most leaks come down to flashings, fasteners or a failed seal and can be repaired. We only recommend replacement when it genuinely beats a repair.

Do you fix all roof types?

We specialise in long run iron, corrugated iron and Colorsteel roofs and the guttering around them.

Got a leak? Do not wait.
